Return and Refund Policy - Sasha Beauty Base

At the house of Sasha Beauty Base, we are committed to providing quality products and impeccable service. However, should a problem arise, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. General return conditions

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Defective or damaged product: if a product arrives in poor condition due to transport.

• Error on our part: if you receive an incorrect product or one that does not match your order.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their intact packaging.

2. Products not eligible for returns

• Products already opened or used.

• Products whose packaging was damaged after delivery.

• Products purchased on sale or with exceptional discounts (except in the event of a defect).

3. Return procedure

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us: Inform us within 14 days after delivery has dreamskinbysasha@yahoo.com specifying:

• Your order number.

• The reason for the return (defect, damage, error, etc.).

• Attach photos of the affected product (if applicable).

2. Validation of the request: Once your request is validated, we will provide you with return instructions.

3. Shipping : Return the product to the address indicated in our instructions. The return costs are:

• At our expense if the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

• At your expense in all other cases.

4. Refunds

Reimbursement is made within 7 to 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned products.

• MReimbursement method: The refund will be made to the same payment method used when ordering.

• Amount refunded:

• Defective product or error on our part: full refund, delivery costs included.

• Voluntary returns (under conditions): only the price of the returned product, excluding delivery costs.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged or incorrect products. Once your request is approved, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

6. Deadline for making a claim

Any request for return or refund must be made within 14 days following receipt of your orderAfter this deadline, we will not be able to accept your request.
