General Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1. Purpose of the T&Cs
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) define the rights and obligations of Sasha Beauty Base and its customers in the context of the sale of products via the site www.sashabeautybase.com. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read the General Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation.
2. Products
• The products offered for sale are described and presented on the site with the greatest care.
• Despite our efforts to ensure perfect accuracy, minor differences between the visuals and the products delivered may exist (non-contractual photos).
• Product availability is displayed on the site. In the event of a stock shortage after placing your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
3. Price
• Product prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
• Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products and are added at the time of order validation, depending on the address and delivery method chosen.
• Sasha Beauty Base reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order.
4. Order
• To place an order, the customer must:
• Sselect products and add them to the cart.
• Check the order summary.
• Provide accurate information for shipping and payment.
• Validate the order after accepting the T&Cs.
• Sasha Beauty Base confirms receipt of the order by email. The sale will be considered final after full payment of the amount due.
5. Payment
Payment for orders can be made via the following means:
• Cartes bancaires : Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX).
• PayPal : For secure payment via your PayPal account.
Payment is secured using encryption protocols that comply with current standards. Banking information is not stored by Sasha Beauty Base.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
• Products that have been used, opened or whose packaging has been damaged.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
To exercise this right, please contact us at dreamskinbysasha@yahoo.com. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error or lack of conformity.
8. Returns and exchanges
• Exchanges are only accepted for:
• A preparation error (product sent not in accordance with the order).
• Products defective or damaged during transport.
• Any request for return or exchange must be made within 14 days after receipt of the product.
9. Legal guarantee
In Belgium, a legal guarantee of 2 years applies to consumer goods in the event of a lack of conformity at the time of delivery. This warranty covers:
• Defects existing at the time of delivery.
• Malfunctions occurring under normal conditions of use.
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse or improper maintenance.
10. Limitation of liability
Sasha Beauty Base cannot be held responsible for:
• A delay or inability to deliver due to force majeure (strike, bad weather, etc.).
• Improper use of the products by the customer.
11. Personal data
The information collected during the order is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders. In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify or delete their data. Please consult our Privacy Policy for more details.
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact our customer service to find an amicable solution.
In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium in accordance with European Regulation No. 12/15 of 2012.
