We ship our products to most countries around the world, except countries located in Africa.


2. Delivery times


Delivery times vary depending on the destination:


• Belgium: 2 to 3 working days.

• Europe: 3 to 6 working days.

• America and the rest of the world: 5 to 14 working days.


Please note that these delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary depending on exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).


3. Delivery costs


Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you validate your order, after entering your address. These costs depend on:


• La destination.

• The weight and dimensions of the package.


Free shipping:

We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, depending on current promotions. This information will be displayed on our website at the time of your order.


4. Mode of transport


Orders are shipped via Bpost (Belgian Post), our partner carrier, which provides a reliable and fast service.


5. Package tracking

6. Delivery delays


In case of delay, we invite you to check the status of your order via the tracking link. If the package is in transit, we thank you for your patience, as cases of force majeure may affect the deadlines.


7. Lost or damaged packages


• Lost packages: In case of loss confirmed by the carrier, a dispute will be opened and a new shipment or refund will be made according to your preference.

• Damaged packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt by sending photos of the package and the products concerned to dreamskinbysasha@yahoo.com.


8. Order modifications and cancellations


Once the order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify it. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request before shipping.
